Project situation:
Recently, our company undertook the biogas tank anti-seepage project of a large pig breeding enterprise in Jianyang City, Sichuan Province. We used the 1.5mm thick anti-seepage material of Zhonglong brand HDPE geomembrane, with a signed amount of about 50000 square meters. Currently, an annual cooperation agreement has been signed, which has brought Zhonglong's products one step closer to the forefront of the industry.

Smooth HDPE Geomembrane produced by Sichuan Zhonglong Environmental protection Co., Ltd. is called high-density polyethylene geomembrane in full, and also known as HDPE impermeable membrane. High quality polyethylene native resins selected. The main component of the product is 97.5% high density polyethylene, about 2.5% carbon black, anti-aging agent, antioxidant, ultraviolet absorber, stabilizer and other auxiliary materials, with strong anti-seepage and isolation performance.We have advanced HDPE geomembrane production equipment in China, which is made through three-layer co-extrusion technology and has complete specifications. The membrane can meets the application requirements of environmental protection and sanitation, water conservancy, construction, municipal engineering, landscaping, petrochemical industry, mining, salt industry, agriculture, and aquaculture.
Short Silk Geotextile is a permeable geosynthetic material made from synthetic fibers through needle punching or weaving. Short silk geotextiles are mostly made from synthetic fibers such as polypropylene or polyester. The finished product is in the form of a cloth, with a width of 3-6 meters and a length of 50-200 meters. The weight per square meter can range from 100g to 800g. Geotextiles have excellent filtering, isolation, reinforcement and protection functions, and their mesh holes are not easily blocked. The network structure formed by amorphous fiber tissue has strain, mobility, and high permeability. Under the pressure of soil, it can still maintain good permeability, and is resistant to corrosion, high tensile strength, good permeability, and is also resistant to high temperature, freezing, aging, insect infestation, and oxidation. They are easy to construct, lightweight.
